How a piece reaches you.
Every Blaise Huxley piece is sent by insured, tracked courier, with a signature required on delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.
- SingaporeWe aim to dispatch within a few working days, and send tracking once your piece is on its way. Delivery within Singapore is complimentary.
- InternationalDelivery time varies by destination; we give an estimate at dispatch. Any customs duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility, and we provide the documentation needed.
You see it before you decide.
For pieces seen by appointment, we test the diamonds and gemstones with you, on the spot, and examine the piece together before a sale is closed. You buy on what can be seen and verified — not on trust alone.
All sales are final. We make that fair by making certain, together, first.

Because a purchase here is a considered one, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges, including on international orders.
If you have a question before you decide — about a stone, a setting, a size — ask us; we would far rather answer it beforehand. Where a ring can be resized, we offer resizing as a paid service.
If a piece ever arrives damaged or not as described, that is a different matter — contact us and we will put it right.
