Refund Policy
All sales at Blaise Huxley are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including on international orders.
We can be this firm because we are this careful. Where a piece is viewed in person, we test its diamonds and gemstones with you and examine the piece together before a sale is completed — so you buy on what can be seen and verified. For online orders, we are glad to answer any question and share any detail you need before you decide.
Repairs, servicing and ring resizing are available as paid services. Please see our Delivery & Returns and Care & Repair notes.
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, this policy does not apply — contact us at sales@blaisehuxley.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
