These terms govern your use of the Blaise Huxley website and your purchase of our pieces. Blaise Huxley is operated by Holistic Lion Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our pieces

Our pieces are made in solid 18-karat gold with natural diamonds and coloured gemstones, and many are one of a kind. Natural stones vary in colour, inclusion and tone, and on-screen images are representative rather than exact. Each piece is shown as it is.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may change without notice. We take care to describe and price pieces accurately, but errors can occur; where an error is found, we may correct it or decline the order before dispatch. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch the piece.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store full card details.

Sales and servicing

All sales are final: we do not offer returns or exchanges, including on international orders. Where a piece is viewed in person, we will test its diamonds and gemstones with you before the sale is completed. Repairs, servicing and resizing are available as paid services. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Commissions

Commissioned and bespoke pieces are agreed in writing before work begins, may require a deposit, and are non-returnable as they are made specifically for you. We will be clear about timing at the outset.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images and designs — belongs to Holistic Lion Pte Ltd and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any piece is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
